Matcha Bowl with Three Clays and Grass Glaze
This matcha bowl is defined by its serene greenish-brown hue reminiscent of the earth and the rustic texture of the clay.
Crafted from a blend of white Shigaraki clay, red Izumo clay, and raw clay from Nara Prefecture, it is finished with Anna’s own unique grass glaze.
The greenish-brown glaze envelops the entire piece, creating a deep, expressive look that evokes a natural landscape.
Anna’s Craftsmanship
The hallmark of this bowl is the natural color palette born from the unique characteristics of three different clays and the original grass glaze.
Fine grains and subtle textures remain on the surface, allowing the innate strength of the earth to be felt.
Depending on the light, the green, brown, and gray tones shift subtly, while the variations in glaze thickness and natural luster add depth to the vessel.
The rim features a gentle, hand-wrought irregularity, which, combined with its rounded shape, gives the bowl a simple and warm presence.
The interior is also finished with the grass glaze, providing a calm backdrop that highlights the vibrant green of the matcha.
The edge of the foot ring is left unglazed to showcase the natural color of the clay body.

Returns / Exchanges
Each piece is made by hand. Therefore, the shape and size may be slightly different.
For this reason, we do not accept cancellations of orders after they have been dispatched, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for defective goods other than damaged goods, even if the package has not been opened.
The following cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
-If the delivered product is not defective.
-When the product is different from the image, etc. due to customer's convenience
-When the product is damaged or scratched by the customer.
-If more than 7 days have passed since the item arrived.
